Exchange Policy

At Juneli, every piece is made in small batches, so we currently offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds.

Exchanges

• Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to size availability.

If your size is unavailable
We'll issue store credit valid for 6 months.

Damaged or defective items
Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace the item at no extra cost.
