Refund Policy

We're a small, family-run brand and every piece is crafted in limited quantities. Because of this, we offer exchanges instead of refunds.

Exchanges

We want your little one to love their Juneli pieces. If the size doesn't work out, we're happy to exchange it.

Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. WhatsApp us with your order number and the size you need — we'll arrange the exchange right away.

What we can exchange

A different size in the same product, subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll offer store credit valid for 6 months.

What we cannot exchange

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Items returned after 7 days of delivery. Items without original tags and packaging.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective piece, WhatsApp us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace it at no extra cost — no questions asked.

How to initiate an exchange

WhatsApp us at [your number] with your order number, a photo of the item, and the size you'd like instead. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
